Position: Family Law Solicitor
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on various range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements and other related areas
- Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, orders, and pleadings.
- Represent clientsin family law proceedings and negotiate settlements.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in family law to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Work collaboratively with the wider legal team to ensure efficient case management.
About You:
- Qualified solicitor with a strong background in family law.
- Experience with Legal-Aid
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and complex matters with care and professionalism.
