About Us ECU Testing is the UK’s market leader in remanufactured electronic control units (ECUs), offering innovative solutions to the automotive aftermarket. We work with dealerships, garages, and individual vehicle owners, specialising in testing and rebuilding key vehicle electronic components. We are based conveniently between Nottingham and Derby centres, nestled on the entrance to one of the regions finest country parks (Shipley Country Park), boasting 700 acres of beautiful landscape popular for relaxed café dining, walking, fishing, biking and horse-riding. The Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to manage our call centre team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee a team of 15 agents handling inbound enquiries, live chat, and technical support. You’ll also lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and develop an outbound sales programme. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence. Drive sales performance with accurate product and service knowledge. Oversee team operations to ensure prompt responses and efficient workflows. Collaborate with Marketing to improve customer experience and conversion rates. About You Proven experience managing customer service or sales teams. Strong sales skills and experience in customer relationship management. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
