Your responsibilities will fall under the areas of:
- Leadership and management of premises team, including recruitment, performance management, training, work scheduling and ensuring relevant staff keep Federation compliance software up to date.
- Building maintenance , ensuring premises managers direct their work to maximise productivity and value for money and keep academy buildings in good repair.
- Supporting academy site measures , ensuring the security, health and safety and condition and quality of the buildings.
