Raiys is a fast‑growing health technology business focused on helping people improve their physical health, mental health and overall wellbeing through clinically supported digital solutions. Our platform is already used across corporate environments, and we are now scaling our commercial team to expand further into insurers, healthcare providers, employers and partner networks across the UK.

Opportunity

This is a relationship‑led, growth role — not a desk‑based sales job. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, developing partnerships and converting new business opportunities across the healthcare and corporate landscape. You’ll work closely with our Founder & CEO and Medical Director, both of whom are highly active in the sector and bring strong networks, credibility and access to opportunities. If you’re someone who thrives on being out in front of people, building relationships and creating deals — this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and managing your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking and events
  • Developing relationships with insurers, healthcare providers, employers and partners
  • Delivering product demos and presenting tailored solutions
  • Negotiating and closing new business deals
  • Attending industry events and creating new opportunities
  • Managing client relationships post‑sale to drive retention and growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS, digital, healthcare or similar)
  • Proven ability to win new business and manage a pipeline
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and building relationships
  • Self‑starter – proactive, driven and target‑focused
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast‑moving environment
  • Willing to travel across the UK (England & Scotland)

Why This Role Is Different

  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and industry networks
  • Strong focus on relationship‑led sales, not volume outreach
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a growing health‑tech business
  • Clear progression as the company scales

Location & Working Style

  • UK‑based (coverage across England & Scotland)
  • Hybrid / remote‑first role
  • Regular travel required to Warrington and Glasgow hubs
  • Glasgow becoming our head office, with increasing presence there

Compensation

  • £30,000–£37,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission (OTE £60,000–£70,000+)
  • Car allowance/travel expenses
  • Strong progression opportunities
