Salary: £32,000 per annum

Raith Rovers FC is seeking an ambitious and organised Commercial Operations Manager to play a key role in the delivery and growth of the club's commercial operation. Working closely with the General Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of the club's commercial activities, ensuring high standards of delivery across hospitality, sponsorship, retail, kiosks and matchday operations while helping drive revenue growth and develop new opportunities for the club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Revenue & Partnerships
    • Support sponsorship sales, renewals and commercial outreach activity
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and commercial partners
    • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities
    • Assist in delivering commercial campaigns and revenue-generating initiatives
    • Monitor and report on commercial performance across key revenue streams
  • Hospitality & Events
    • Lead the planning and delivery of matchday hospitality operations
    • Coordinate with catering partners on menus, numbers and service requirements
    • Ensure hospitality areas are prepared and presented to a high standard
    • Coordinate staffing requirements and operational delivery
    • Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Sponsorship & Partner Delivery
    • Ensure sponsorship agreements and partner benefits are delivered in full
    • Act as a key point of contact for sponsors and commercial partners
    • Coordinate sponsor hospitality and matchday requirements
    • Support partner retention and renewal activity
    • Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting
  • Kiosk Operations
    • Oversee all kiosk operations, ensuring effective staffing, stock control and matchday readiness
    • Manage product ranges, pricing and merchandising to maximise sales and profitability
    • Monitor sales performance and customer demand, implementing improvements where appropriate
    • Maintain high standards of presentation, service and operational delivery across all kiosks
  • Retail & Commercial Operations
    • Support the day-to-day operation of the club's retail activities
    • Monitor sales, stock levels and commercial performance
    • Assist with planning and delivery of matchday commercial operations
    • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer experience
    • Help ensure high standards across all customer-facing commercial areas

About You

  • Organised, proactive and commercially minded
  • Comfortable building relationships and developing opportunities
  • Experienced in hospitality, events, commercial operations or customer-facing environments
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to a high standard
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and willing to work matchdays and club events
