Your Role at Raising Cane's
As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Leader in the daily operations of the restaurant while upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture. Your responsibilities will include:
Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during your shift.
- Act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant.
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards.
- Execute shift management while meeting operations and safety standards.
- Direct Crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service.
- Utilize reward and recognition programs for Crewmembers.
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval.
- Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented: Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-driven: Flexible and energetic with strong communication skills.
- Problem-solver: Able to recognize issues, set goals, and execute plans.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Available: Able to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experienced: 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have GCSEs or equivalent preferred.
