The Brand Marketing Director leads the implementation and activation of the Raising Cane’s Brand in the United Kingdom. This role develops and executes market specific strategies, campaigns, programs, and tools while collaborating closely with the U.S. based Restaurant Support Office (RSO) and the local Restaurant Marketing team. The position ensures consistent global brand positioning while tailoring marketing approaches to match local consumer expectations and cultural nuances. This leader also supports the onboarding and development of Restaurant Marketing Crewmembers in the market and works within a global framework while influencing key marketing decisions for the market.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent global brand positioning while adapting marketing materials for cultural relevance
  • Partner with U.S. based RSO Marketing and regional teams to align creative, messaging, and campaign elements
  • Develop and manage the market’s campaign calendar in partnership with the U.S. Marketing team
  • Build end to end marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels appropriate for the market in partnership with U.S. Marketing team and agency support
  • Use local cultural and consumer insights to identify opportunities, assess competitors, and guide strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Marketing team to develop tools, programs, and processes that support market growth
  • Support the onboarding and training of new Restaurant Marketing Crewmembers
  • Collaborate with external partners as needed to support campaign execution or localization
  • Stay informed on U.K. cultural, media, and social trends and partner with the U.S. based Social Media team to ensure relevant insights are reflected in content and campaigns

Qualifications

Travel Requirements: Up to 30% with some international travel as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in a Brand Marketing related role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans
  • Experience mentoring or guiding team members, with the ability to grow and support a team as the market expands
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of U.K. laws and regulations related to food marketing
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
  • Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Proven ability to lead projects and move initiatives from concept to execution
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading or growing Restaurant Brands in the United Kingdom
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases and influence stakeholders
