The CRM team drives marketing communications to connect with our existing customers and engage interested prospects across multiple channels. From emails and direct mail to mobile notifications and website banners, we create campaigns that are clear, well-timed, and highly relevant. We develop, execute and refine customer communications across different markets and around different products. With a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, regional differences and compliance requirements, we craft tailored communications that really speak to our audience. Your Responsibilities
- Own the CRM strategy for investment products: Develop, implement, and analyze campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
- Scale our cross-sell strategy: Take full ownership of the savings-to-investment cross-sell ratio, continuously testing and innovating to drive conversion.
- Lead international expansion: Spearhead CRM efforts as we scale investment products beyond Germany into the Netherlands, Ireland, and Spain.
- Partner for impact: Work directly with the Investment Products team to synthesize complex financial topics (pensions, tax) into consumer-friendly marketing.
- Elevate customer touchpoints: Create and optimize communications across email, mobile, web, and direct mail.
- Drive data-led innovation: Translate performance insights into actionable patterns, leveraging AI and behavioral data to refine our approach.
Your Profile
- We are looking for a highly motivated CRM specialist with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for financial products to help us drive our investment strategy forward.
- A passion for and strong knowledge of investment products (pensions, ETFs, tax implications).
- 3+ years of professional CRM experience.
- C2-level proficiency in English and German is mandatory due to the rigorous communication standards of the investment product team.
- Expert command of CRM channels (email/push/weblayer) including automation, segmentation, and KPI reporting.
- A natural drive for quality and a collaborative mindset that supports team goals.
- A creative thinker who is also comfortable digging into data to understand performance, discover patterns and find new audience segments.
- An interest in AI and how it can help improve the way we do things in CRM.
