Responsibilities

  • You are the contact person for our customers and handle written customer enquiries as well as inbound/outbound telephone calls independently and competently.
  • You inspire with your friendly manner and our customers feel in good hands with you, thus contributing to customer satisfaction.
  • You professionally handle enquiries about the account opening and investment process, right through to basic tax issues.
  • You will follow work instructions to respond to customers who are dealing with a sensitive or complex topic such as complaints, vulnerable customers (TEXAS model, early terminations, IT issues, bereavement, etc.).
  • You gain a detailed product knowledge in order to resolve customer enquiries.
  • You ensure customer matters are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • You adhere to our data control principles.
  • You work well alongside a diverse team.

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in the field of customer support desirable, regardless of the sector.
  • You possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You demonstrate high attention to detail and focus on priorities.
  • You have proficient MS Office (or Google equivalent) and IT skills and are open to learning new programmes.
  • You are flexible and open to a new challenge.
  • You speak and write English at a native-speaker level.
