Responsibilities
- Helping to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Assisting in planning and setting up creative, play-based learning activities.
- Observing and engaging with children to support their early development and social skills.
- Supporting essential daily routines, including snack times, clearing up, and personal care.
- Building friendly and professional relationships with parents and carers.
- A childcare qualification is desirable, but not essential.
- A patient nature and a strong understanding of how to keep children safe.
