We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and nurturing Preschool Manager to lead our much-loved preschool into an exciting new chapter. This is a rare opportunity to join an OFSTED ‘Outstanding’ setting where your ideas, creativity and leadership will be genuinely valued and encouraged.

You will be joining a supportive and forward-thinking Committee and an experienced, dedicated team who are excited to work alongside someone with fresh ideas and ambition for growth. We are open to developing our provision further, including opportunities such as wrap-around care and out-of-school clubs, giving you the chance to help shape and influence the future direction of the preschool.

We would love to hear from someone who:
- holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- is passionate about delivering exceptional care and learning experiences for children
- is positive, approachable and organised
- can inspire and support a team with confidence and kindness
- has a good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding and OFSTED requirements
- is excited by the opportunity to bring ideas, develop projects and help grow the setting
Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection training are required, although support and training opportunities can be provided where needed.
