RaiseHero specialises in helping UK charities generate unrestricted income through innovative fundraising campaigns. Our flagship product, The 50/50 Raffle, is a fully managed, custom-branded online raffle platform designed to maximise engagement and revenue for our charity partners.
We provide everything needed to run a successful raffle - including the platform, campaign setup, and jackpot prize - at no upfront cost to the charity.
Through our model:
- 50% of funds raised go directly to the charity
- 50% covers prize funding, technology, and campaign management
Since launching, we’ve partnered with a growing number of charities across the UK, with top-performing charities generating up to £6,000 in ticket sales. Many of our partners return to run multiple campaigns each year.
We are looking for well-connected individuals within the charity sector to join us as Growth Partners. This is a referral-based role focused on introducing charities that would benefit from running The 50/50 Raffle. Once an introduction is made, our team manages the entire process - from onboarding through to campaign delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with strong networks in the charity or fundraising space who want to generate additional income without operational involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce and refer charities that may benefit from The 50/50 Raffle
- Leverage your existing network within the charity sector
- Make warm introductions to decision-makers (e.g. fundraising leads, senior staff)
- No ongoing management or delivery responsibilities are required - we handle everything after introduction.
Compensation
- Commission-based role (no base salary)
- Earn 15% of RaiseHero’s revenue share from each referred charity
- Commission applies for 12 months from the start of the charity relationship
- Typically includes up to four campaigns per year per charity
Important details:
- The charity’s 50% share is fully protected
- Commission is paid from RaiseHero’s 50% only
- Payment is made after a charity successfully launches and completes a campaign
- No commission is paid for referrals that do not convert or engage
