Raised In in Bristol is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic HR leadership across the organisation, reporting to the CEO. You’ll support managers, develop people processes and ensure compliant, effective HR operations in a growing social enterprise and nursery group.
This role is hybrid with occasional travel to nursery settings, is 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week) and covers employee relations, policy development, reporting and system work.
