Join the team at Raised in Bristol – where early years education meets community impact. We’re a not-for-personal-profit social enterprise with a clear mission: to provide the very best early years education while investing in the communities we serve.

We’re a passionate bunch at Raised In! We love what we do, and we’re committed to helping the youngest children reach their full potential in friendly, nurturing, and engaging home-from-home environments. We’re building something special and we’d love you to be part of it.

At Raised In our approach centres on child-led learning through play, with a thoughtfully designed curriculum that nurtures curiosity and supports each child’s unique interests. From the baby room through to preschool, we focus on every stage of development, helping children grow in confidence and preparing them for their exciting next steps towards school.

Our Greenway nursery offers a more relaxed feel than larger settings, with just 62 places. It’s housed in a beautifully refurbished old school building designed to inspire young minds, with large windows, high ceilings, and a light, welcoming atmosphere. The garden runs the full length of the nursery and looks out over Greenway Playing Field. Just beyond that lies Badocks Wood, where we regularly take children to explore and connect with nature.

Located at the Greenway Centre in Southmead, this nursery is a short drive from Southmead Hospital and the local areas of Filton, Patchway, Westbury-on-Trym, Henleaze and Horfield. There is free parking on site in the community centre car park, and the area is also served by local bus routes running all across Bristol.

Why work with us?

  • We really value our expert team.
  • As well as offering competitive pay for all roles in a friendly and supportive team, you’ll receive lots of great benefits:
  • Competitive pay
  • Annual pay reviews
  • Paid one hour lunch break
  • 50% off for your child in our nurseries
  • Enhanced maternity pay
  • Employer pension
  • ‘Refer a friend’ bonus for introducing new team members to us
  • 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays, FTE)
  • Your Birthday off and an Annual Wellbeing Day (in addition to your annual leave)
  • Plus 3 extra days off between Christmas and New Year
  • 24/7 access to a remote GP for you and your family
  • Career progression and training opportunities
