Come and join Raised in Bristol â where early years education meets community impact.
Raised In is a not-for-personal-profit social enterprise with a big heart and a clear mission: to provide exceptional early years education while investing in the communities we serve. At Raised In, we believe that nurseries should feel like home welcoming, nurturing, and full of joy.
Weâre a passionate bunch who love what we do. Every day, we support children to thrive through play-based, child-led learning in beautifully designed spaces that spark curiosity and confidence.
Our approach centres on child-led learning through play, with a thoughtfully designed curriculum that nurtures curiosity and supports each childâs unique interests. From the baby room through to preschool, we focus on every stage of developmentâhelping children grow in confidence and preparing them for their exciting next steps towards school.
This setting was the first Raised in Bristol nursery to open its doors back in early 2018. The annexe was purpose-built as a nursery when the community centre opened in 1989 and has been fully refurbished to return it to its original purpose. This is a 67-place nursery and, like all of our Raised in Bristol nurseries, it has a more relaxed feel than some larger settings.
We offer play-led learning in a space that prioritises a nurturing environment with a focus on nature and nutrition as children take their first steps towards school.
The nursery is located in the vibrant community of Easton, just a 5-minute walk from Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill Roundabout, both have regular bus links across Bristol, also only a 10-minute walk from Stapleton Road train station and is easily accessible from across the city by bike. There is also free on-street parking in the local area.
