The Role
We are looking for a remote-based Development Coach to join us who has the passion and expertise to guide the next generation of leaders and managers. As a Development Coach, you will:
- Deliver Leadership, Management and Coaching apprenticeships up to Level 5, through engaging, virtual sessions.
- Inspire and support a caseload of up to 46 learners across a wide range of clients, tailoring your coaching to every individual.
- Champion innovation including the smart use of AI and digital tools to elevate the learner experience.
- Play an active role in quality assurance and peer collaboration, helping us set the standard in our industry.
- Ensure compliance with DfE funding, Ofsted and safeguarding regulations, keeping learners safe and supported at every step.
- Bring curiosity and industry insight to your work, keeping our approach fresh and cutting-edge.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for someone who is not only qualified but also energised by the idea of shaping the leaders of tomorrow. You will need:
Essential
- Leadership & Management qualification at Level 5
- Assessor award (D32/D33, A1 or TAQA)
- Functional Skills L2 (English & Maths)
- Experience delivering Level 3 & Level 5 Leadership and Management standards
- At least 3 years' management experience in industry
- Experience supporting learners through EPA and Functional Skills
- Solid safeguarding knowledge

- Coaching qualification at Level 5
