Client - Cloud Analytics SaaS aimed at Customer Operations

£120,000 to £150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Equity + Future Leadership Opportunity

Location - Remote/London office 2 x a month

We're partnering with an ambitious B2B SaaS company that's transforming how contact centres improve performance. With a proven product and loyal customers, this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in a potential future exit.

Their cloud-based platform turns fragmented operational data into personalised, interactive development journeys for every frontline employee. By combining individual scorecards, quality assurance, coaching and real-time performance insights, it helps advisors perform at their best while giving leaders the visibility and tools to drive meaningful operational improvements.

The value proposition is compelling: deployment is simple, with no complex systems overhaul, integrating seamlessly into existing contact centre environments. The commercial model is equally attractive, costing just a few hundred pounds per agent each year while delivering typical customer ROI of 10x investment.

Typical customer outcomes include:

  • Around 20-second reductions in Average Handle Time
  • CSAT increases of up to 25%

The vision for this role is to build and lead a high-performing sales team, but it's important to be clear this starts as a pure IC business development role. You'll be the person creating the early sales traction, proving the model and laying the foundations before evolving into a true player-coach who continues to win business while leading others.

What you'll be doing

  • Generate £1M+ in annual new logo revenue through direct enterprise sales.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close, with typical deal values of £75k-£100k and an average annual client value of £200k.
  • Build a high-quality sales pipeline using a consultative, value-led sales approach rather than relying on RFPs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Contact Centre Directors, Heads of Operations, Customer Experience leaders and senior decision-makers across the UK.
  • Help shape the go-to-market strategy alongside the founders as the business scales.
  • After you have gained sales traction you will recruit, develop and lead your own sales team while remaining an active new business contributor.
  • Develop the commercial framework for the new business function, defining target markets, sales processes, activity metrics and revenue targets.

Why this opportunity?

This is far more than a senior sales role. You'll work directly with the founders, influence commercial strategy, help shape product direction and become the driving force behind the company's next phase of growth.

If you enjoy building, not just maintaining, you'll feel right at home.

What we're looking for

You're probably already selling technology into contact centres and have the relationships that open doors.

You'll bring:

  • A successful track record selling CCaaS, WEM, QA, analytics, workforce optimisation or performance management SaaS.
  • An established network of senior contact centre decision-makers across the UK.
  • A history of winning new logos and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • A consultative approach with a strong understanding of KPIs including AHT, CSAT, Quality, Productivity and Employee Engagement.
  • The energy and ambition to thrive in a high-growth scale-up where your contribution genuinely matters.

Interested?

If you've built a reputation in contact centre technology sales and your network is one of your greatest assets, we'd love to hear from you.
