Business Development Director – Contact Centre SaaS

Scale a disruptive tech startup. Remote work available. Locations UK or Germany or Spain or France. Package includes bonus (100/200%) + equity.

Our client is flipping traditional performance management by leveraging AI to deliver smarter, faster and better customer outcomes in the contact center space. They are well-funded, growing in the UK and internationally, and are looking for senior individual contributors to drive new business in Contact Centre Technology or CCaaS (human agent) sales.

The Opportunity:

  • Drive £1M+ in new logo recurring revenue per annum through hands-on sales execution
  • Lead deals from start to close (average client value £100–£150K)
  • Build a scalable sales pipeline and GTM strategy that resonates with Ops and Execs
  • Own marketing, positioning and demand generation, focusing on top-of-funnel activity, deal velocity and close rates
  • Develop channels and unlock indirect routes to market through a proven partnership model
  • Represent at key industry events and build awareness amongst target stakeholders
  • A track record of B2B SaaS growth (SaaS, BPO, Data and Analytics) in the CX or Contact Centre space
  • You must be a Hunter and an Individual Contributor of new business
  • Experience with consultative, business-case-led sales (not solely RFP-based)
  • Meticulous systems for opportunity qualification and deal-shaping with C-Suite and executive audiences
  • An extensive personal network that accelerates senior stakeholder engagement in target accounts
  • The gravitas to support and lead high-impact technical and commercial dialogue
