Build the product function. Shape the strategy. Drive commercial growth.

Our client is an international digital commerce consultancy embarking on an exciting phase of product-led growth. This is a rare opportunity to establish a new product function, working alongside the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer to define the company's future proposition and commercial strategy.

Initially operating as an individual contributor, you will evaluate an existing portfolio of products and services, determining what should be scaled, evolved or retired. You will then define the product roadmap, develop go-to-market plans and build a high-performing product team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and optimise the product portfolio
  • Define product strategy, roadmaps and GTM plans
  • Develop scalable, product-led propositions
  • Partner with the CEO and CRO to accelerate growth
  • Design and build the product function, operating model and hiring plan
  • Drive product-market fit and commercial success

Essential Experience

  • Product leadership within digital commerce, CX, technology services or consulting
  • Portfolio assessment, product strategy and roadmap development
  • Commercial Product Marketing expertise in proposition, pricing and go-to-market strategy
  • Experience in Business Services and SaaS consulting
  • Experience building or scaling product teams and functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge constructively
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth or PE-backed environments

This is a genuine build role, ideal for someone who is looking for the opportunity to shape a business, influence executive strategy and build a product capability that will drive the next phase of growth.
