We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) and Salesforce Billing. This is a client-facing leadership role that combines hands-on technical delivery with line management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be based in the UK or near-shore Europe and possess excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ & Billing solutions
- Serve as the primary technical contact for client interactions
- Line manage, mentor, and guide a team of Salesforce developers
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices
- Support delivery planning, estimations, and execution
Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce background
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick)
