An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career to lead a growing domiciliary care company based in Mansfield. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care and strong leadership skills to oversee and develop our home care services. This role would suit an existing Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to become a Registered Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the domiciliary care service in line with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
  • Lead, motivate, and support care staff to achieve excellent outcomes.

Essential Requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
