Rainmaker is a business growth consultancy working from our beautiful Fora offices in London’s buzzy Shoreditch from Mondays to Thursdays, with hybrid working on Fridays, and with clients mainly in advertising, marketing, and social.
We seek a business growth executive for an entry-level position supporting the team with daily productivity, but with potential to develop into a client-facing role further down the line. With frequent check-ins, coaching and training, this would be a wonderful opportunity for a graduate or first jobber with strong writing skills and attention to detail, looking for a career in business development.
The role primarily involves driving results for client market engagement using our in-house resources. It would help to have a good grasp of how brands and businesses operate in the real world, plus exemplary communication skills.
THE ROLE IN MORE DETAIL- Manage client engagement targets using our information and data platforms.
- Handle responses and arrange meetings for the parties involved.
- Create meeting insight packs to prepare and support our clients when pitching.
- Help identify those responsible for buying our clients’ services.
- Maintain your data and associated admin on our systems.
- Continually strengthen your knowledge of brands, their business issues, the marketing space, and general business environment.

- Strong verbal communication skills, with the confidence to actively participate in internal meetings and discussions.
- A passion for brands and marketing.
- An interest in current affairs and business news.
- Drive, hard work, resilience, and a willingness to learn and improve your skills.
- Travelling to Shoreditch EC2 (5 mins from Shoreditch High Street Rail Station, and 9 mins from Liverpool Street Station) doesn’t present you with any problems.
- Current, full eligibility to permanently live and work in the UK.
