We are looking for a Year Student Manager who cancultivate a positive ethos and be responsible for the day to day operations, personal development,behaviour and welfare of a year group includingthe celebration of success, use of rewards and adhering to policies andpromoting positive role model behaviours.
This is a non-teaching role where youwill act as the first point of contact for students, parents and colleagues inorder to facilitate positive working relationships between the home and schoolwith accurate and effective feedback using effective behaviour managementstrategies and action plans for students.

It is not essential to haveworked in a school setting, however previous experience of working withchildren and young people is essential, as is a desire to want to make adifference.
