Rainham Steel have an exciting opportunity for Trainee Machine Operator to join the team.
Location: Althorpe Wharf, Scunthorpe, DN17 3DA
Salary: From £573.75 per week (£13.50 p/h) depending on experience
Working Hours: 6am -3.30pm, 42.5 hour Per week

As a result of ongoing growth and expansion, Rainham Steel a leading UK steel stockholder requires trainee machine operatives to work at our Althorpe Wharf, Scunthorpe depot. Trainee Machine Operator The Role:
– Reporting to the warehouse manager
– Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
– Load the machine, set different shapes and quality check the finished product
– Assemble bundles for packing
– Physically able to cope with reasonable manual handling
– Flexible to do paid overtime when necessary
Trainee Machine Operator You:
– Outstanding attention to detail
– Excellent communication both verbal and written
– Organised and motivated
– Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
– Able to work in a fast-paced pressurised environment
– You must have a good command of the English language
