Rainham Steel have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team!

Location: Rainham Steel Co Ltd, Essex, RM13 9PF

Salary: Dependent on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 17.30pm

About Us: As a result of ongoing growth and expansion, Rainham Steel, a leading UK steel stockholder, requires a full-time permanent Office Assistant/Administrator for immediate start. Working at their Head office based in Rainham, Essex.

Office Administrator - The Role:

  • Basic Administrative duties including emails, post, scanning & filing documents
  • Answering the main switchboard and directing calls
  • Numeric data entry
  • Other adhoc administrative duties
  • Full training will be given on in house computer systems.

Office Administrator - The Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate must be reliable
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Someone who has a great eye for detail, is highly organised with their approach and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • You should be able to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise workloads and multitask
  • Confident and polite telephone manner with an excellent command of the English language
  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels
  • Ability to work in a team environment
