This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Brand Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our Amazon marketplace operations. This role demands hands-on expertise with Amazon Seller Central, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive results independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have a solutions-driven approach and the tenacity to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Store Operations
    • Analyze ASIN-level data (sales, conversion rates, sessions, costs, etc.) to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and recommend actionable strategies.
    • Maintain product listings, including creating and updating variations, utilising flat files, and uploading bulk updates.
    • Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace rules and stay updated on policy changes.
    • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform brand strategy.
    • Manage products in international marketplaces, including Canada, the UK, and the EU.
  • SEO and PPC Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid adjustments, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Leverage data to continuously refine PPC strategies, driving improved ROI and performance outcomes.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Oversee inventory pipelines in collaboration with the Inventory Planner and Operations & Purchasing teams to avoid stockouts.
    • Manage inventory forecasting, projections, order placements, and logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Financial Performance and P&L Management
    • Contribute to the P&L by driving revenue and profit growth while managing budgets effectively.
    • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies, PPC campaigns, and financial levers to meet Net Sales, CM1, CM2, and CM3 targets.
    • Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis
    • Prepare and deliver bi-weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Use Excel and Google Sheets proficiently to analyze data, track changes, and monitor performance outcomes.
  • Creative Development and Listing Optimization
    • Developing and implementing listing creatives, including product copy, images, and A+ content, to enhance conversions and sales.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to maintain competitive and engaging marketing assets.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, with a deep understanding of flat files, bulk PPC, and listing management.
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Work Ethic: Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a tenacious, solutions-driven attitude.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Organization: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a cross-cultural team and across different time zones.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and profit growth on Amazon is preferred.
  • Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (e.g., CA, UK, EU) is preferred.
