About the opportunity

Our client is an independent real estate and construction consultancy advising investors, owners and occupiers across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

The role

  • We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (MRICS) to deliver refurbishment, value-add and new build schemes across commercial office, residential, retail and industrial assets, typically ranging from £2m to £50m+.
  • Lead project management services from feasibility through to completion.
  • Act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent where required.
  • Manage JCT contract matters including extensions of time, loss and expense claims.
  • Build strong client relationships and support repeat business.

About you

  • MRICS or MAPM qualified, ideally with a Building Surveying, architecture or engineering background.
  • Strong project delivery experience and confidence working autonomously.
  • Commercially focused, client-facing and able to lead project teams.
  • Good understanding of JCT contracts, market trends and relevant legislation including the Building Safety Act.
