The MEP Designer is responsible for the design development, coordination and technical delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health services across commercial fit-out projects. The MEP Designer supports projects from early concept through to construction and handover, producing coordinated and compliant MEP design information using AutoCAD and Revit, while working closely with internal teams, consultants, and supply chain partners.

Further, they will be well versed in producing coordinated mechanical and electrical design information and have a good understanding of Building Regulations and services compliance.
In return, the company offers a very competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to contribute and thrive in a positive and progressive, professional environment.
