The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are delighted to be recruiting for a M&E Quantity Surveyor role, for a very successful construction group. The opportunity has arisen due to the continued growth of the business and the constant increase in high profile client accounts.

The M&E QS will have a good level of experience and an excellent track record of proven success. Their experience will be on projects that involve direct labour and material requirements, rather than sub-contract packages. He or She will be highly organised and motivated and will have good IT skills and negotiating ability. Knowledge of COINS ERP software would be an advantage.
