A client facing, team managing, Commercial Manager - Fit Out (Retail or Banking) with experience of working on retail or banking refurbishments is required for a market leading group of construction companies. The organisation has an enviable list of brand names amongst its client-base and the Commercial Manager will join a team dedicated to delivering high quality refurbishments in the banking sector.
The projects will be a mix of retail sites and regional / head offices. The Commercial Manager will manage a team of Quantity Surveyors who will look after projects across the country. This opportunity has arisen due to the continued success and growth of the business and it is an exciting time to be joining the organisation, particularly in this team.
Suitable candidates will be able to point to impressive CVs, detailing the projects that they have helped to deliver and teams that they have managed. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as this role is very client facing and involves team management.
