About the opportunity
Our client is an independent real estate and construction consultancy advising investors, owners and occupiers across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (MRICS) to deliver refurbishment, value-add and new build schemes across commercial office, residential, retail and industrial assets, typically ranging from £2m to £50m+.
- Lead project management services from feasibility through to completion.
- Act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent where required.
- Manage JCT contract matters including extensions of time, loss and expense claims.
- Build strong client relationships and support repeat business.
About you
- MRICS or MAPM qualified, ideally with a Building Surveying, architecture or engineering background.
- Strong project delivery experience and confidence working autonomously.
- Commercially focused, client-facing and able to lead project teams.
- Good understanding of JCT contracts, market trends and relevant legislation including the Building Safety Act.
