Based primarily in Manchester, with responsibility for Leeds, this is a senior leadership role combining business development, client relationship management and hands-on project delivery. The successful candidate will work with senior leaders to shape strategy, drive regional growth and maintain consistently high standards of service delivery.
The role will involve securing work from new and existing clients and delivering high-profile projects across sectors including industrial, office, purpose-built student accommodation and build to rent. Candidates should bring an established client base and a proven ability to generate fee income.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading business development, marketing and growth across Manchester and Leeds
- Driving excellence in project delivery, quality control and best practice
