A creative, dynamic and adaptable Finance Director is required for a well-established yet fast-growing group of companies. Our client is a leading Interior Fit Out, Manufacturing & Logistics business operating across the UK, with revenues North of £150 Million and an enviable Blue Chip client base across the retail, banking, commercial and leisure sectors. The group acts as Principal Contractor or Specialist Sub-contractor on schemes, with projects ranging in value from £0.5m to £10m. Both the diversity of the group and the multiplicity of the projects is such that the need for the FD to be robust, inquisitive, challenging and flexible is very real. He or She will manage the financial health of the company, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with company objectives. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership and management of the finance team to drive company-wide financial performance. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company and project goals.
