We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering who will lead a team of Solution Engineers that partner closely with EMEA Account Executives to architect value‑oriented solutions that tell our differentiated story to customers as we further scale our physical presence in the region. This leader will work with their team, EMEA Sales Leadership, as well as cross‑functional stakeholders to influence product direction by being a champion for our customers and partners. You will empower a diverse team of talented Solutions Engineers, coaching against a defined competency framework, empowering career development, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Success in this role requires proven presales leadership, strong technical aptitude, critical prioritization skills, and ability to move with urgency in the midst of ambiguity. Additionally, you must have a proven experience of strategically building and deploying AI‑powered solutions that enable a broader SE organization to scale and inspiring change.

  • Recruit, develop and retain top Solutions Engineering talent while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability and continuous growth that supports sales in Webflow’s growing EMEA region.
  • Partner with EMEA GTM leadership to define and execute the Solutions Engineering strategy for the region, ensuring organisational scale, operational excellence and customer impact.
  • Define & clarify priority objectives for the team that ensure success of the EMEA region as well as the broader SE organization.
  • Coach Solutions Engineers on how to run effective discovery, develop customer specific solutions, create compelling demos and deliver quantified business cases to customers.
  • Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating in and leading customer meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with first‑line sales leaders to ensure SE contributions are being leveraged to optimise customer success & ARR opportunity.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional leaders in Product, Engineering and Marketing to ensure the Solution Engineering team is influencing the direction of our products and services based on customer feedback.

About you: Requirements:

  • BS / BA degree or relevant experience
  • 7+ years of Solutions Engineering experience at high‑growth software companies, preferably one with a deeply technical, multi‑product, solution.
  • 3+ years of SE leadership experience at a high‑growth company, preferably one with a deeply technical, multi‑product, solution.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success using AI to improve team productivity, customer engagement and operational scale.
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies, CMS platforms, composable architectures, or digital experience platforms is desirable.
