What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive full-cycle sales: From prospecting to negotiation and close, you’ll lead enterprise-level conversations with national and global brands.
- Build high-impact pipelines: Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in categories like fashion, luxury, beauty, tech, DTC, entertainment, CPG, and finance.
- Tailor high-stakes proposals: Collaborate with Strategy, Product, and Campaigns teams to develop enterprise-ready proposals rooted in data, trends, and business outcomes.
- Consultative selling: Uncover complex challenges across brand marketing, media, and growth teams—and position Kyra as the strategic solution.
- Forecast and close: Own your revenue number, maintain accurate CRM records, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Trend-aware strategy: Stay plugged into broader digital, creator economy, and media industry trends that shape enterprise buying behavior.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Strategy and Paid team to build compelling influencer marketing proposals; with Product team to leverage data within your sell and showcase our tech; with Client Solutions to drive client retention and growth.
- Thought leadership: Represent Kyra at industry events, on calls, and in strategic forums as a trusted advisor to major brands.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years experience in consultative or enterprise sales, ideally at an influencer marketing agency, influencer platform, or tech startup.
- Proven success closing mid-to-large deals (£30k- £150k+) with enterprise marketing teams.
- Understanding of creator/influencer marketing and paid media.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen —able to connect brand needs to creative and performance-driven solutions.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills —comfortable owning boardroom conversations.
- Highly organized and accountable, with strong pipeline management habits (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and a bias toward action—especially in remote settings.
- Collaborative and coachable —with a team-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance culture.
