We are a busy Estate Agency office offering both lettings and property management. We are looking for a part time administration person to be responsible for all letting and management admin to include covering phones during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative/secretarial experience would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate with experience of using Word, Excel, email systems and the Internet.
  • Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritise and organise own workload with accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 - 18.0 per week

Location: Potters Bar EN6 1AZ (preferred)
