Are you a retail superstar who loves delivering amazing customer service, inspiring others and turning donated items into vital funds for a life-changing cause?

This is your chance to help launch an exciting new Rainbows charity shop and play a key role in its success from the very beginning.

At Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, every sale, every donation and every customer interaction helps us provide specialist care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, as well as their families across the East Midlands. Last year alone, we supported more than 750 children and young people and around 3,000 family members, carers and siblings.

Government funding covers just seven weeks of our annual running costs. Our retail teams help fund the remaining 45 weeks, making every role in our shops genuinely meaningful.
