Rainbows Children’s Hospice is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join the Family Support Team. You will provide specialist advocacy, information and practical support to families caring for a child with a life-limiting condition, empowering them to access the right services.
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, support safeguarding practice, and contribute to service development and improving outcomes for babies, children, and families across the region.
