The Fleet Administrator will form a vital part of the Finance and Operations Team supporting the Operations Manager in the management of the Rainbow Trust fleet.
Rainbow Trust operates a fleet of approximately seventy vehicles situated across our nine regional teams.
It is vitally important that our Family Support Workers have a reliable vehicle for attending family visits and transporting families to hospital.
In addition, the Fleet Administrator will be required to assist the Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks/projects according to the workload.
Full training will be provided and previous experience of managing a fleet is not required, although is desirable.
A good level of maths, excellent communication, planning and Microsoft Excel skills are required to be successful in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity to maintain a breadth of fleet administrator experience with increased responsibility.
