Rainbow Trust is seeking a Family Support Worker to deliver a high-quality family support service across Thames Valley. You will provide emotional, social and practical assistance to families whose child or young person has a life-threatening or terminal illness.
Reporting to the Family Support Manager, you will manage your diary, travel as needed, and collaborate with health, education and social care professionals to support families during challenging times. An enhanced DBS is required.
