Rainbow Trust is seeking a part-time Volunteer Programme Manager in Leatherhead to lead the organisation's volunteer strategy, raise the charity's profile, and act as an ambassador across services.
Reporting to the Director of HR & Volunteering, you will deliver the volunteer strategy, lead strategic projects, manage the volunteering budget and policy, and support recruitment, training, engagement and retention.
