As a Cheer Squad Volunteer, you will help Rainbow Trust by representing us at the London Marathon. Our Cheer Squad Volunteers help us to raise awareness of the work that we do with children with a life-limiting condition and their families and to help raise the vital funds needed to support even more families.
Your role may include:
- Making as much noise as possible to support our amazing sportspeople with your cheering, shouting and whistling
- Engaging with members of the public confidently
- Meeting and greeting sportspeople and their families after the event
- Supporting with setting up or packing down our cheer point
- Being an ambassador for Rainbow Trust
We’re looking for people who are:
- Confident, friendly and outgoing
- Trustworthy, reliable and honest
- Flexible - as we may ask you to support with a few different tasks on the day
Your commitment:
Sunday 26 April 2026 available to support on event day anytime between 9-5pm.
Training and Support
A dedicated member of Rainbow Trust staff will guide and support you before and on the day. You will receive an induction to the charity and the role.
