Rainbow provides social care to vulnerable people in the Wokingham and surrounding areas. We are currently looking for full-time care assistants to work within a friendly care team. The right candidate is reliable, caring, and passionate about helping others. We have clients cross Wokingham.

We prefer candidates with some experience who can hit the ground running, however we offer extensive training for all levels of experience and employees with the right attitude. As a minimum we expect;
• Friendly and empathetic individuals who are caring and enthusiastic about people
• Self-motivated employees with a “can-do” positive attitude when it comes to learning new skills
• Reliable, responsible and well organised individuals who can be trusted to deliver a superior level of care to our valued service users.
• Effective communicators who can work as part of a dynamic team

Our clients needs can vary depending on their individual circumstances, but they might include;
• Medication support
• Mobility support
• Personal care
• Domestic assistance
• Support with injuries and illness
• Promoting physical and mental health of service users
• Assisting with community access
• Sharing hobbies, activities, and recreation with service users
