This is a hands-on leadership role requiring commercial judgement, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to bring people together around a clear direction.

Key responsibilities will include:

The Managing Director will build strong and mutually beneficial relationships across the network, ensuring franchisees receive the support, leadership and commercial opportunities needed to develop their businesses.

The successful candidate will understand how to balance the priorities of the franchisor with those of independently owned franchise businesses, creating long-term value for both.

You may currently be a Managing Director, Divisional Managing Director, Commercial Director, Operations Director or hold another senior position with significant financial and organisational responsibility.
