At Rainbow Restoration, we're continuing to grow our commercial capabilities and are excited to be recruiting for a new Commercial Site Supervisor to join our team. What you'll be doing:
- Supervising Commercial and Major Complex Loss projects across the UK
- Putting health and safety first, every single day
- Producing and implementing RAMS and ensuring full site compliance
- Managing programmes of work, labour, plant and materials
- Supervising subcontractors and in-house technicians on live sites
- Overseeing specialist restoration activities including water damage drying, fire and smoke decontamination, mould remediation and reinstatement works
- Building strong relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, clients and other stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to exceptional quality standards
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in supervising Commercial or Major Complex Loss projects
- Proven leadership of teams ranging from 5 to 20+ people on site
- A strong understanding of the restoration industry and the complexities of commercial losses
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- IT Literate with experience of MS Office and Claims management software
