You must have a minimum of 1 year of counterbalance experience to apply for this role. Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team in a thriving industry? We are a family-owned and run business specializing in recycling and manufacturing plastic materials, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated Production Operative to join our night shift team. 40 hours per week, full time positions available. Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the following equipment: Counter‑Balance Truck, Extrusion Machines, Pulverising Mill, Bandsaw, Reciprocating saws.
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure standards are met.
  • Assist in the recycling and manufacturing of plastic materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of counterbalance experience.
  • Willing and eager to learn and able to handle high‑pressure working.
  • Background in engineering is a bonus but not essential.
