Rainbow Forge Primary Academy is seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team and help ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage safe, happy play during the lunchtime period.
- Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Support pupils with eating, including promoting healthy choices and being mindful of dietary requirements and allergies.
- Assist with setting up, clearing, wiping down, and moving tables and trays in the dining hall.
- Provide appropriate support to pupils with personal care, mobility, feeding, or 1:1 needs where required.
- Deal calmly and effectively with minor accidents or behavioural incidents, reporting concerns appropriately.
- Maintain good order and discipline, safeguarding the wellbeing of all children.
- Follow school policies, procedures, and instructions relating to lunchtime arrangements.
