Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures on equine patients.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
- Collect samples for laboratory testing and prepare specimens for analysis.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to horses, including wound management and bandaging.
- Support clients with advice on horse health, nutrition, and management practices.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the veterinary clinic, including sterilisation of equipment.
- Assist with diagnostic imaging including MRI, CT and bone scans.

- Experience in veterinary nursing is essential, with a preference for candidates specialising in Diagnostic Imaging.
