0.6 FTE Team Leader, London based. Working with our community partner Sustainable Communities. Initially funded to April 2028. The role will support the Trustees to achieve the charity's aims and performance objectives, provide community and care member services and events for mainly older LGBT+ people. The role will include:

  • Service development
  • Training
  • Support
  • Fundraising
  • Supervision
  • PR
  • Safeguarding

0.2 FTE Volunteer Coordinator, London based. Initially funded to December 2027. To recruit, support and train our community volunteers who are at the heart of our service. Our trained volunteers provide a range of services to LGBT+ people, including:

  • Befriending and Peer support groups (online and face-to-face)
  • Community activities
  • Befriending through social connection (e.g. Coffee & Chat, Sunday lunch)
  • Befriending and support as required
  • Outreach and partnership work, including in person

Closing date 15 May 2026. Interviews for shortlisted candidates to be held on 6th June.
