At Rainbow Care Solutions, we’re a well-established domiciliary care provider with over 20 years of experience and operate across our 4 branches. We’ve built a strong reputation for excellence, consistently achieving a ‘Good’ or higher rating from the CQC.

We’re currently seeking dedicated Home Carers to join our team and help us continue providing outstanding in‑home support.

Your Role as a Home Carer:

  • Provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
  • Help clients maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
  • Report changes in clients’ conditions promptly.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
